Brittany Weslocky (January 17, 1989 – August 5, 2025)

Grace. Strength. Warmth. Loving. Generous.
Brittany Weslocky, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully after a courageous four-year battle with breast cancer. Born in Fort Worth, Texas, Brittany carried the warmth, grit, and generosity of her birth town in everything she did. She had a lifelong affection for purple and for her alma mater, Texas Christian University, but her true colors were shown in the way she loved and cared for people.
From a young age, Brittany moved through life with grace—often literally, on her tippy toes. She had a gift for making others feel seen and valued, whether they were family, friends, or patients. After earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University, she went on to complete a secondary residency in women’s health. Her career wasn’t just a job—it was an extension of who she was: caring, compassionate, thoughtful, and deeply invested in the well-being of others.
Her proudest and most treasured role was being “Mom” to triplets Avery Grace, Bradley Thomas, and Connor James, who brought light and joy to every moment of her life, an extension of her deep love and faith in Christ. She and her husband, Tom, built a home filled with love, laughter, and unwavering devotion. No matter how busy life became, Brittany always put others first—offering encouragement, comfort, and care to anyone who needed it.
Brittany is survived by her loving husband, Tom Weslocky; their children Avery, Bradley, and Connor; her parents Bob and Donna Chatley; brother Bryan Hodges and his wife Christan; sister Stephanie Riordan and her husband Patrick; brother Kevin Chatley; nephews Jaxon and Bowen Hodges; niece Ryleigh Riordan; and an enormous community of extended family and friends who were like family.
She will be remembered for her compassion, her strength, her thoughtfulness, her faith, and the joy she brought to those around her. Her legacy is one of love—steadfast, selfless, and everlasting.
A celebration of Brittany’s life will be held Saturday, September 6 at 2 pm at Grace Presbyterian Church in Plano. A small family funeral and burial will take place prior to this.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made here to support the Weslcoky kids. A part of donations made will also be given to Manda Strong Foundation and Little Hearts of Hope, who were very special to the Weslocky family.
